Upload your photos, description, and land registry extract. After review, your listing will be published within 24 hours.

Schedule Viewings
Set your availability using our online calendar. Interested tenants can book a physical or video viewing directly.

Confirmation & Communication
All tools: contact preferences form, rental checklist, and handover details are available in your dashboard. When a tenant applies, their information appears automatically for you te review.

Choose Your Tenant
All tenant applications and scores are shown in your dashboard. Easily compare candidates and choose the tenant you prefer.

Finalize the Rental
Use our rental agreement template or upload your own contract. You remain responsible for the legal paperwork.
