You'll get a confirmation email with printable tools: contact form, item list, and handover checklist to simplify follow-ups.

Receive Offers

Choose Your Tenant
All tenant applications and scores are shown in your dashboard. Easily compare candidates and choose the tenant you prefer.

Finalize the Rental
Use our rental agreement template or upload your own contract. You remain responsible for the legal paperwork.
