Before starting, visitors see a short notice and tap “I acknowledge.” Recording is limited to the viewing window and stored securely for safety purposes.
Default slot: 30 minutes. If the next slot is free, Flexa offers a one-tap extension of +5/+10/+15 minutes. If time is exceeded, the owner gets a notification.
Flex Estate supplies the kit and provides access to relevant footage on request. Flex Estate is not responsible for third-party actions or property damage; owners remain responsible for their property. Lost or unreturned kit is covered by the refundable deposit.
Yes—add extra time any moment before your return date. We’ll provide a new prepaid return label if needed.
